Self paced e-Learning Course are hosted through our own e-Learning Management System (eLMS) called Chamilo.

Shortly after redemption, you will receive an email with log in and temporary password details for our learning system for your chosen e-learning training course. This email can take up to 2-3 hours to receive (Please check your junk/spam folder also). Once you initially log in you will be required to change your password. Once logged in you will see your course under My Courses and the learning can begin.

The self paced training course are broken up into small modules to work through at your own pace.

The training content is a combination of content slides, screenshots as well as embedded videos with voice instruction (for most videos) to demonstrate how the device features and functions work. The videos can be re-watched as much as you like.

The content structure is designed to give a general overview of each program and then build on that knowledge by introducing and each feature and function of the program and device.

You will have 6 months access to the self paced training course for you to review and practice as much as you like during that period.
